Emily LACEY
Emily Lacey will be taking over the winemaking duties at Lacey Estates Winery.
Emily has been in the wine industry since she was 4 planting vines, at 14 driving the tractor and at 16 in the winery learning all the techniques of winemaking from her father.
In 2016 Emily attended Niagara College Grape & Viticulture Technician program and graduated in 2018.
She was hired in September 2018 at Southbrook Winery working with Ann Sperling and Thomas Bachelder.
In 2024 Emily was promoted to assistant winemaker at Southbrook. She will remain at Southbrook and also be consulting at Lacey Estates Winery as head winemaker.
We look forward to the amazing wines Emily will be producing.
Wine Club
Our wine club will offer exclusive curated wine & food club boxes 3 times a year. You are able to opt in or out of a wine club box.
Whether it be art or food Lacey Estates looks to support local businesses and support the growing County community. If you would like to do an art showing or a food pop-up please contact us.
